Worst Service.
Dear Comcast Business Customer Support,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have received regarding my Comcast Business Internet and TV services over the past year.
For nearly twelve months, we have experienced ongoing service disruptions, unreliable connectivity, and unresolved technical issues that have significantly impacted our operations. Despite making multiple calls to your customer service team, we have consistently received assurances that the issues would be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled.
Throughout this period, I have opened several service tickets in an effort to resolve these problems. However, it is extremely concerning that no technician has ever been dispatched to our location to properly assess or fix the issues. Even more troubling is the fact that many of these tickets were closed after several months without any resolution or on-site visit.
This lack of action and accountability has caused considerable inconvenience and disruption. I request that you thoroughly review my communication and service log history to understand the extent of this ongoing issue.
Given the prolonged failure to provide the contracted services, I am now requesting the following:
- Immediate termination of my Comcast Business contract without any early termination fees.
- Compensation in the form of a refund or credit for at least the past three months of payments, during which services were consistently unreliable or unavailable.
I expect a prompt response addressing these concerns and outlining the steps Comcast will take to resolve this matter. If this issue is not handled appropriately, I will be forced to consider escalating the matter further.
