Worst Customer Service Ever!

We signed a new contract 5 mos ago and I have been trying to get our bill corrected every since. I have spent countless hours on the phone repeating my story over and over and I never get the issue resolved. I finally spoke with a supervisor last mo that promised he would handle it. He was nice enough to give me his name and personal telephone #. However, not only did the situation not get resolved but he will not return my phone calls. I also found out that the hour I spent on the phone talking with a rep and the supervisor was never documented. I have called and left him over 8 msg. and I was promised that he would call me back but of course never has. They disconnected our service and held our account ransom until I paid another $500+ which we do not owe. It is their bookkeeping and credits owed us that have never been applied. They difinately live up the their reputation as having the worse customer service I have ever experienced!! I will never own Comcast again!!

Cant agree more.  Unresposive, difficult if not impossible to get to the right people who may have any answers at all.  After being billed for a service I did not order and did not want (office 360) I tried for three days to get to someone who could remove the service and the charges from my account.  Finally had to give up and pay the bill, then was able to remove the service online.  Totally un professional service and anything but user friendly

Comcast has been known as one of the most hated companies, if not THE most hated company, in the country. Deceptive, Bad Service, Expensive are well known Comcast traits. Unfortunately, lack of choice allow Comcast to continue existence. Hopefully, internet will do away with Comcast's cable business and newer internet provider services will end Comcast's internet business. We have Comcast internet service at our business part because Comcast has the main internet connection here and we did not have much of a choice but to paid these ....Edited..... The service has frequent outtages and slow connectiviity, in stark contrast to Comcast very deceptive advertising. Today, the connection is especially slow. I came on to this forum because I was trying to access the technical support on Comcast's web site after unable to reach phone support. The wait time on Comcast's phone line is an hour and a half just now. It is bad on Comcast's website as well. First, it took 3 minutes to load the Comcast account page and the support heading send you right back out of the account to selections on the web that has no access to any kind of actual, live support. In short, Worst Customer Service Ever.
