why did our bill go up $154 with no corresponding increase in service
Our bill has increase from $109 to $263 - the service level has stayed the same, and in fact the service has degraded - there are so many outages ! Why

On page one of your bill, under the "Your bill explained" section is where you can find updates about what's different on this bill, compared to your earlier bills, including increases to the bill because of changes to your services. This includes details on when a promotion is ending, if applicable, and details one-time charges, like installation fees. This is where you can find out why the bill had increased compared to the previous bill.
