Why can't I get a call back?

I've been trying to get ahold of Stanley @#edited to fix a problem with our phone service.  I've left at least a dozen messages but he refuses to call me back.  Can anyone tell me why?

The Business Service Center told me I needed to call Sherman (I had the wrong name in my previous post).  Why won't he call me back?  His number is edited for privacy.

We're going to break our contract if Sherman won't call back.  This is ridiculous.

Yes same problem here they say I need to talk to my so called salesman "Bruce" to discuss my billing issue. Only problem he never calls back. I'm beginning to really regret signing a contract. I feel I'm being scammed.

I have the same issues getting any communication with Comcast Business. 
 
I have charges billing me twice for my internet. It's been 8 months. Call after call, I get nowhere.
