Web Interface bug

I just wanted to report a bug in your customer service portal.

When downloading my service order agreement, it gave me a file with a malformed extension (see below). I was able to change it to .pdf and then open it, but other users may not know how to resolve it.

I believe it is becuase I have a period in my business name, LOF.Services LLC.
