Want to switch from Comcast Business to Xfinity
How is the best way to go about this? I’ve read some threads on here where people had so much trouble doing this and I’m trying to have a smooth transition.Can anyone on here help me out?

Sadly, our team here has very limited access when it comes to making changes to Business accounts that impact your billing, but we would love to point you in the right direction. The disconnection and transition from Business to Residential would need to be completed by reaching out to our amazing Comcast Business support over the phone at (800) 391-3000 as they'll be able to cover any contract specifics that would be impacted and ensure any phone lines you may have are properly moved over. Please let us know if they were able to assist you with completing this!
