I am also looking to get a copy of the W-9 for Comcast PO BOX 35170, Seattle, WA 98124-5170, but haven't been able to reach anyone. Would you be able to help me? 

Same here. I have called Comcast and got transferred numerous times requesting either a W-9 with the new address (PO Box 60533, Cit of Industry CA 91716) or an email stating the old and new address. The Comcast Business Rep. actually stated that he cannot do that. Why?

Hi Westmoor and LGIHomes! The address you gave is actually the payment processing address, not the corporate one that the government requires for the W9. I agree that this is the first I am seeing this address for Comcast Business.  Can't tell if there is more than 1 W-9s for the business or residential.  I have both business and residential accounts.  Thanks.
