VISA Prepaid card fulfillment
I have a Comcast Business account activated June 2025, eligible for a $1,000 Visa prepaid reward. The online portal at www.comcastbusinessfulfillment.com (the URL shown in my contract) shows
Error 401
Unauthorized
Unable to login. We are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later or call (800) 211-4131 to speak with a representative about your Visa® Prepaid card.
Opening https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track says it can't locate my account number.
How do I confirm if my card has been issued or mailed?

To send a direct message:
• Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
• From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
• Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
