Visa Gift Card

Upon signing my contract for new Business Internet I was told I will receive a $750 Visa gift card. Its been almost 4 months now and I have not received anything. Everything I call support they bounce me from one department to another and no one is able to give me an answer. If you never want to provide the $750 gift card why promote it to attract customers then. [Edited: Inflammatory]

That link does not work. Anyone I call tells me to log in there and I keep telling them that the link provided is corrupt and does not open at all.

That makes sense and thank you for catching me up to speed. I'd like to see what is going on with the ticket and get you any updates. Can you send us a direct message so I can look into it? You can send one by clicking the "direct message" icon in the upper right corner of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle Comcast Business to send us a direct message.

@Comcast_Nick​ The link does not work as of today 4/2/2024. It spins. ComcastBusinessFulfilment.com . I tried direct and through logging into our Business account. Please advise.

Thanks for trying that, it looks like it isn't opening on my end either. When you called, did you contact the fulfillment team at (800) 211-4131 or the regular tech support number?
