Visa Gift Card, was sent on 01/31/25. Was told by the Comcast Business Rep each time time I called that it was mailed on the 01/31/2025.

Lies. Today, they say “the card hasn’t been cashed so we can just order a new one for you. And I’m like, so does that mean you want me to wait another month, to maybe get the card? Shouldn’t it be here?

JBA271 I would be more than happy to take a look though and see what is happening with the gift card. Please send us a DM to Comcast Business with your full name, service address and the phone number associated with the account.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
