URGENT FORMAL COMPLAINT & EXECUTIVE ESCALATION – Comcast Business | Misleading Sales, Unauthorized Charges & Demand for Refund

Hello,

My name is [EDITED: Personal Information], owner of [EDITED: Personal Information].

I am requesting the direct email address of Comcast Business Executive Customer Relations, Corporate Escalations, or the senior executive responsible for resolving formal customer complaints.

I need to submit a documented complaint involving two Comcast Business accounts, disputed billing charges, undisclosed contract terms, misleading sales representations, and significantly inferior internet performance.

My complaint includes a preliminary billing dispute of $508.85 and a formal settlement request.

I am also preparing complaints with the FCC, FTC, and Florida Attorney General’s Office.

Please provide a verified corporate email address where I can send my formal complaint and supporting documents, or open an Executive Customer Relations case immediately and provide the case number.

I request a written response from someone with authority to review both contracts and approve a resolution.

Thank you,

Hi there, @user_1cb77f. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forum. We would be happy to work with you on investigating and resolving your billing and internet service concerns.

Please send us a direct message including your full name, as well as the complete address for the service locations and phone numbers attached to the accounts.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4-In the "To:" line, type "Comcast Business".

5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
