Upload speeds are slow on Sunday mornings while we livestream our church service

Our business is a church and we send out a live stream during our Sunday morning service which requires a decent upload stream. DUring the week, our upload streaming is really high, but on Sundays, it is low and causes our livestream to drop constantly and create a poor quality livestream video. How do we fix this?
