Unresolved Contract Dispute: Refusal to Honor Signed Renewal Contract (Order #[Edited: Personal Information])

I am writing to request a corporate escalation regarding a contract dispute on my active account. I am an existing Comcast Business customer and recently signed a contract renewal for Business Internet at the rate of $99/month under Order #[Edited: Personal Information].
This renewal agreement was fully executed via DocuSign and signed by both parties. However, Comcast is now attempting to walk back the agreement, claiming that the contract was "not approved" internally after the fact.
As an existing customer who is already receiving services, this agreement represents a renewal and account modification. Per Section 2 of the Comcast Business Customer Terms and Conditions, a Service Order becomes active and binding once Comcast "begins providing the Services." Because my service is already active, this fully executed contract is binding on both parties. Internal administrative errors or late manager reviews do not give Comcast the right to unilaterally void a signed contract.
I need a corporate forum administrator to review Order #[Edited: Personal Information] and ensure that my billing is corrected to reflect the agreed-upon $99/month rate that both parties signed for.
I have the fully executed DocuSign PDF ready to provide via Direct Message as soon as a representative reaches out to help.
Thank you.
