unable to view / edit DNS records

We have 2 name servers that seem to be run by Comcast: adns.cs.siteprotect.com and bdns.cs.siteprotect.com

I need to edit the records but I do not see where to do that in my admin dashboard.   I've made multiple calls into Comcast support, but they do not know what I am asking of them.

There does not seem to be a separate charge for Domain registration or DNS services on the bill.

How do I get access to it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

I have sent 2 direct messages to Comcast_Heather, but have not gotten a reply.  I will send another today.

Hello @user_46c606! Thank you for reaching out to our Business Community forum, it’s great we can connect this way! Our team of gurus would love to assist you with editing your DNS record. Can you follow these instructions to get assistance?

To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

or https://comca.st/3Ljd6nI

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"
