unable to contact human being during all day long outage

Comcast business and residential accounts have been out for over 12 hours.  I am unable to contact a person to speak with no matter which number I try.  I am very disappointed in Comcast lack of customer service.  I also need to speak with customer service because I am moving.  But it is impossible to get a hold of anyone.  If there is anybody in Comcast management or board of directors wanting to know if they are hitting the mark with customers please contact me.  I will let you know you have totally missed the mark.  Comcast should be embarrassed that I have to use my verizon iphone internet service to contact comcast web page.  I know outages happen, but I think it is a total lack of caring about customers by not offering some sort of mechanism to speak with a live human agent that cares.  Thanks, wladekco
