Trouble Call
On May 9, 2015, we had our grand opening of our new business. Sadly, after contacting Comcast to figure out why our internet and credit card machine was not working and our power company, we found out power was down. We received a Trouble Call fee of $99.95 unbenounced to us! Comcast could not do anything as the power was down anyway. How do I get this removed?
