Three months trying to get 10 year old equipment replaced and account renegoated
I just had the pleasure of talking to Brandon who informed me I am not on the account and he cannot assist me in updating my account with new equipment and changing the service that I have.
I have been sent to multiple people for the last three months trying to get my account updated and the equipment replaced that is no longer working or old and not working correctly. I have been in a loop and no resolution.
I am the account manager. My name is the only one on the account.
The Email that helpful (NOT) Brandon gave me [Edited: "Personal Information"] does not work I also tried it at comcast.net
once again not able to update the 12 accounts I have with comcast
