Tax Exempt

Good Afternoon,

I need to open another Tax Exempt ticket because it was closed out after emailing and faxing the documents.  I have called and forwarded the email, but was informed that I need to put in a new ticket.

I need to have all the tax credited back as I have been dealing with this since 2018, which is not acceptable as a small non-profit.

Who can I contact to get this submitted for our business too? This should be much simpler to submit these forms to our accounts. I have had multiple tickets close without ANY communication back. I have out tax sale and use documents for our account. Who do I submit them to?
