Switch to residential

Hello,

I'm living in a residence that was classified as business with Comcast, and was told that business class was the only way I could get service (despite my insisting that this was a home). I went along with it, but would now like to switch in order to take advantage of Xfinity mobile. What should I do?

I can put in a serviceability request to see if we can get the residential services at your location. Can you please provide the name, address and phone number on the account through private message?
