Switch from Business to Xfinity (residential)

Our needs have changed and I would like to switch our business internet to Xfinity Triple Play. Is this easily done without much downtime and who do I contact to make the switch? When I try to view Xfinity online it says my address has a unit # which it does not but I know previous owners had Xfinity.
