Support Article Accuracy
I visited this support article:
That web page clearly states, "Please note, you may only cancel your service by calling us at (800) 391-3000 from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, local time."
I just called that number before 530pm, entered my account number, stated I wanted to cancel service, and was given a message at 5:25pm that I had to call back during normal business hours. Those "normal business hours" were not stated on the message and they do no match what is on the link I posted.
How am I as a customer supposed to know the accurate information needed to cancel my account? Is that publicly available or should I keep guessing about your real hours and call back over and over?

Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate you taking the time to call Comcast Business. That said, I understand it indicated you called outside the business hours when it was only 5:30 PM. I agree that it is certainly a frustrating thing to have happened to you. Was this your first time calling? Have you called before earlier in the day and receive the same message?
