Submitted ETF Waiver Docs 4 times since May 2016...Still Nothing
Our business shut down its office in Comcast's service area and moved to an area where Comcast does not service. We did have time left on our contract, so I submitted the documents (vacancy confirmation from the location that Comcast does service, and the new contract at the business location that Comcast does not service) on May 3, 2016, that Comcast required to waive our early termination fee. We have since been hounded daily by a third party collections agency. I again called 800-391-3000 on August 10, 2016 to try to resolve the issue. I submitted the required documents once again on that date. Still the collectors called. On September 29, 2016 I called once again, and submitted the required docs once again, as requested by the supervisor I spoke to on the phone that day. They all request you to send the docs again so that they can write up a 'early termination waiver ticket' that will then be looked at by upper management who will contact me to decide what will happen. I have not once been contacted by anyone at Comcast, only their third party affiliated collections agency. I am writing this today because I have just gotten off another 30 minute phone call with 800-391-3000 which went just like the first 3 calls.
I need this resolved. I have a feeling this is my last resort before I have to get my attorney involved.
Someone, please help.
