Still charging entire amount of ETF to switch from Comcast Business to residential plan...really???

I signed a three year contract for Comcast Business (internet only) when I was operating a business from my home.  I am 13 months into the 3 year contract and no longer working out of my home.  I decided I wanted to get Comcast cable TV so it makes sense to switch to a residential bundle.  However, Comcast Business tells me I'll still be responsible for the full amount of the ETFs (nearly $800), even if I enter into a contract with Comcast for a residential Xfinity bundle.

Is this correct?  If so, I'll continue my cable TV service with the Comcast competitor I have now.  The cost to pay for business internet and residential cable separately is astronomical.

Yep... They confirmed through a series of private messages that the information in my original post was correct.
