Set up bill pay with bank checking account

I do not want to set up a fixed amount every month as who knows what that amount. Every other business I deal with lets me set it up so the bill is paid automatically when submitted to my bank. Not some fixed amout,the real bill as submitted to me. All credit cards are done this way as well as all utilities. I can not see how to do this on your web stuff and "contact us" is a joke. There is no real human contact, only more web pages.

 

I am a new customer and have already mailed in a check for the first billing. Now I do not want to mess with it every month. Just have it taken care of automatically. Please, how about some real help?

Hello txtimer and welcome,

 

I am not sure what issues you are having setting up your AUTO-PAY on the business class portal. When you use either a Credit Card accountor EFT checking or savings account, this will allow whatever your monthly balance is to be autopaid from your chosen account.

 

If you continue to have issues with this, then contact 800-391-3000, using the billing option, and have the billing agent walk you through or directly setting up your AUTO-PAY for you.

The Comcast software has me going in circles like a dog chasing it's tail. So, no, I was not able to solve my problem with what seems like solid help. Comcast needs serioius help with their DIY concept in a web site.
