Service Cancellation

I recently moved and started a new account under Comcast Residential service.  I've called several times to the Business Class cancellation line through the main phone tree but have been unable to get a hold of anyone yet.  Does anyone know of an alternative number or method to try to get someone?  I am just looking to cancel my previous Comcast Business account.
