Security Pin
I need to access previous bills ASAP, but do not know the security pin. How do I get this info?

Welcome SecondChance. "You can retrieve your Security PIN by logging in to Comcast.net, Comcast.com, or the DVC with your primary user ID, and going to the "My Account" section. There you will be able to access your PIN information and also see a copy of your bill. Please see your private message for additional information.

I am also trying to have my pin resent and it will not send. Never received it in the mail. Please help ASAP!

Please tell me how to reset my pin number that was assigned to us, do i tell you what my pin needs to be or email me instructions.

I am not seeing how to access my SECURITY PIN from the "My Account" settings. I want to reset it...or find out what it is...
very frustrated.
This has been very hard to use and clunky since we began using Comcast years ago....improved some but not much....
no seemless integration on the phone side of things with voicemail, settings, etc..
HELP!!!

I haven't recieved the security PIN's for several of my accounts. When I hit send it says it'll be emailed to the email address on file or mailed via UPS. I've never received an email or a letter. I called Customer Support and he sent out a PIN and I never received that. Thank you.

I am having the same problem as a number of people in this thread. I am in search of my pin and I haven't received it via email or regular mail. Is there any way you can help me as I see you've helped the others. I have all the account information, just not the pin.
