RRD Account [Edited: Personal Information] Need Refund LPC

Regarding RRD [Edited: Personal Information], there is still a Late Payment Charge on this account, but we still paid on time. For example, we paid the Jul 2023 invoice on 07/25/2023 ([Edited: Personal Information]). The due date of the Jul 2023 invoice is 07/31/2023. We have guaranteed pay for the invoice before the due date and left almost one week for you to post the payment. The same situation also occurred on the Aug & Sep & Oct 2023 invoices. We have paid all the invoices before the due date!

 

Based on what was mentioned above, the customer shall not be charged late fees in this case when checks are issued before the due date.
