Prepaid Visa Gift Card

I've been promised a $600 prepaid visa gift card 30 days after installation and within 6-8 weeks after that. My installation was March 1st, 2022. It is now September 18th, 2022. Will I ever receive this promised gift card? My status still says "Authorized"

@user_026bf3, If you could send me a DM with your name and address, we can get a ticket submitted for you. Just follow these instructions:

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

If you saw my message before I literally followed your steps word for word, and again. There is no user called "Xfinity Support"

My apologies for the confusion on this. You may follow these instructions instead:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it
