Poor Customer Service

While Comcast Residential has pretty good customer service the Business side is very bad.  They seldom answer the phone and instead ask that I leave a message and there has never been a call back.    

 

The service Technicians are friendly but know very little about WIFi - how to set it up and what options work best.
