pathping not going through our server ip

Our outlook stops sending and receiving emails due to errors. Upon pathping to our server location, it seems like comcast hayward is blocking the flow of connection to our server location. I am really frustrated as it has been disrupting our business operations for the last few weeks with inconsistent or no connection to our emails. After spending few hours with customer service, this will be my last attempt to fix this issue and if no help is provided by comcast, i will be moving my services to a different provider.

There is no xfinity support in the chat group. Please advise correctly as to how to fix this issue asap. Next step will be shopping for a different provider.

@user_d40d2d I'm sorry to hear working with our chat teams has not been helpful. For your concern, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA). They have the resources in situations like this, and are easy to work with. The team can be reached at 888-565-4329.
