Paid off overdue balance, still claiming I have a past due amount.. What?
Usually when I've done this in the past, there have been no issues, usually reconnects within 15-20 minutes. Is it because I attempted to pay this on a Sunday, that's why it's taking up to 24 hours, or more?
Since the contact center is closed tonight, I tried calling anyways, and now the automated system is trying to tell me that I have an appointment set up for tomorrow that I knew nothing about whatsoever. When I checked scheduled maintaince requests history, there's nothing there. The internet services shows that it's connected, but still can't get past the proxy that says I have an overdue balance.
What the hell is going on? lol
