ongoing billing issue (9 months)
I have had an issue with my account since august 2024. I have spoken with multiple CSRs and no one has solved the problem despite me signing the contract multiple times. acct# [Edit: Personal Information]
7/29/2024 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information]about changing services for both of my locations
7/31/2024 completed contracts with [Edit: Personal Information]- she completed one correctly and dropped the ball on the 2nd. I tried to contact her about the problem, she never returned any of my emails.
9/26/2024 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information] about not getting the correct rate on my 2nd location, she promised to fix and refund. She had me redo the contract for that location, I signed it through docusign. My next bill came with no changes. Katheryn acknowledged that it should have been corrected and she would issue me a refund for the incorrect bill.
- I attempted to contact her multiple times, and she failed to follow through. No refund or billing update.
1/23/2025 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information] and he promised to complete contract and grant refunds. I redid the contract with Vincent. (docusign)
- Vincent never followed through after multiple attempts to contact, he even went as far as rewriting the contract, but he never put in in force
4/1/2025 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information] and she promised to follow through and grant refunds, never happened
4/9/25 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information], she was unable to help and she connected me with [Edit: Personal Information]
4/9/2025 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information] and she promised to follow up with [Edit: Personal Information] and make sure billing and refund were processed, never happened
5/28/2025 spoke with [Edit: Personal Information], resubmitted contract, she stated that she would have to resubmit for refunds and price
6/4/25 Spoke with [Edit: Personal Information], he promised a call from a supervisor within the hour, call never came.
6/4/25 Spoke with [Edit: Personal Information]. Unwilling to connect to supervisor. He is trying to take over my account to help service the account.
