Old bills with activity detail

How do I see call activity from past bills? I can currently only see activity for the past 90 days.

Hello @user_b54b93 I hope the day is treating you well! I understand you're looking to view call activity from previous bills. To confirm, are your concerns in regard to mobile or voice services? If mobile, there is a 90-day limit. The good news is that for Comcast Business Voice services, you can often access and download call detail records that go further back.

Sign in to your account.

Depending on your specific service, you should find a "Manage Services" link or a dedicated voice services icon.

Look for an option like "Call Detail Records" (CDR) or "Call History Reports" under the Billing tab or within your voice service management section. 

From there, you can typically search by date and download the records, which can often go back up to 18 months (this may vary based on your specific plan).
