NO SERVICE - Billed for past 3 years

We do not have service at this location and we have been billed for past 3 years . When we called Xfinity tech last month they found out that connection was not provided to this office and they said if we cancel we will not receive any refund and we are trying to install it the cable box now . It is very frustrating and terrible service
