No Communication From assigned Comcast Account Manager
We cannot get clear communication from the account manager that was assigned to us our agency for upgrades that were set in place since June of 2025. We have been attempting communication with him since June 2025 and said lack of communication has caused significant technology infrastructure issues. We have requested to speak to a manager on multiple occasions. We need to be able to speak to someone that can assist us so we can move forward.

Hi @user_485588, thank you for creating an official post. This is not the standard that we want to set while working towards the completion of a project as we know this is just one of the many things that goes into the functions of a business. I will follow up with you in our direct message conversation to make sure that headway is made on this in respect to communication and project functions.
