new home construction question

I work for a home builder.

My company is going to take down a power pole. There is still a utility cable attached to the pole. This cable goes to a home adjacent to our project site.

I need to find out if the utility is Ziply or Comcast.

We have been unable to reach the homeowner and the home is owned by an LLC (no luck there either).

How do I contact Comcast so they can check ownership of the utility cable.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
