never had access or used the service and were charged monthly for over a year and a half and comcast is refusing to issue any credit
We closed one of our business locations and were told we needed to remain till the end of the contract then they would terminate the service. we then returned equipment. comcast continued charging us monthly for a service we had told them to cancel once contract terms were out. we were charged for over 18 months for a service we couldn't even access and never even used. please advise as this is unacceptable.

Appreciate you getting us in the loop to help! We greatly want to help get this sorted out. Was the service setup with Comcast Business or as a Xfinity residential account?
