Need HELP with Comcast Biz App Continuous Crashes
I have the Comcast Business App on my Samsung Android phone. It worked great, then all of a sudden it stopped working. I opened the app and it required sign in. I signed in, the app opened and I received the error message: An Error Occurred, Please Try Login Again. I click OK and click SIGN IN again. Go through the process and I get the same error message every time!! I've already tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling the app, shutting down my phone, etc. and nothing works.
Strangely, my Xfinity App for my house started doing the same thing at the same time!!
Please help me resolve this issue!

Hi there @SullisTowKJ ! Thanks for reaching out about your log in issue. Can you test and see if you are able to log in to the website here https://business.comcast.com/myaccount ? I want to see if we can determine if the issue is with the user ID itself or the app specifically. Also, to confirm, are you using different credentials for your home and business?
