My account page "Error Loading Information Please refresh the pageor try again later"

When trying to log into my new business account on Comcast to understand why I am getting a $695 outstanding bill for a service I activated 3 days ago, my account log in page shows the following after I enter my username and password (which I just registered for). 

Error Loading Information

Pleaserefresh the pageor try again later

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an IP provider in 30 years - and the access issue is just the last straw. I won't bore you with the fun details that got us to this point over hte last month.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

I did that - and in the drop down list, "Xfinity Support" does not show up. 

Also, this is the most ridiculous way of getting support. Since there is a chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. Maybe I will try that....

user_176276 I truly apologize, you would need to send a message to Comcast Business, not Xfinity Support.
