Missing Payment
Needing to talk to someone about one of our bills.
Seems there is a payment missing on Comcasts end, I already contacted by email to [Edited: "Personal Information"] without response.

I know how frustrating it can be trying to track it down when you know it has been paid. You're come to the right place! We would like to have a closer look into this for you! Can you please click the Direct Message chat icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Comcast Business in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name, Full address, and account number so we may further assist you?
