Mis-Applied Payment - Unresolved since February

Check <Edited: Personal Information> dated 01/08/23 for $372.65 cleared the bank on 01/23/23 and should have been applied to <Edited: Personal Information> but was not. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with Comcast support trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Four tickets have been opened and closed with no resolution; <Edited: Personal Information>. Each time I was promised this would be corrected. Each month we accrue late fees and pay them, but this needs to be corrected ASAP! I cannot waste any more time on hold and talking to people who are unable to help fix this issue.
