🚨🚨Major issues activating Apple Watch🚨🚨
Comcast Business Mobile's process for activating the Apple Watch is broken.
I have several tickets for this with their customer service people, and whilst they are very sweet and want to help, they are clueless - they even blamed Apple for their cell service not activating. They conferenced in Apple for this problem, and the Apple representative laughed and said activating cell service with Xfinity has nothing to do with them. However, the Apple representative went on to say that Apple has logged multiple support calls from Xfinity mobile customers and is aware of an issue with Xfinity. The only thing is, Xfinity doesn't seem to know it. Want to see the issue ? Here is a video !

If anyone in authority at Xfinity reads these messages and can solve it, then pls make contact with me. However, do NOT go through the whole pairing and unpairing process - I have done that 5 times with your Customer support people. Yesterday, I was on the phone for over three hours. It blew out my whole day and achieved nothing.
Right now, the situation is that I have an expensive Apple Watch and a mobile plan to work with it from Xfinity, and it doesn't work. Nobody can fix it.
