Looking for Help with Comcast eBill Reporting

Hi there,

Not sure if this is the proper place to ask this, but I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’m trying to get info on the Comcast eBill system—specifically, how to pull reporting for lots and lots of accounts without having to download and hand-enter data from individual PDFs.

I know these bulk files exist because I used them at a previous company. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Billing and Business Customer Service, but I haven’t been able to get through to anyone who understands that I’m not asking for paperless or text billing. What I need is a way to get reporting for multiple invoices in a text file, along with the PDF copies (paperless or not).

If you’re reading this and can point me in the right direction, I’d be so grateful. I could really use a hand with this.

Thanks

Additionally, this is a document I found on eBill with Comcast, and now I am trying to figure out how to get it set up. I reached out to the email in the document as well.

@Yates01 Gosh this would help my company too as we have it with other vendors but not comcast.  No one has answered me either.  We use EDI with some vendors and others text files from their portal.  Let me know what you find out!

Thank you for reaching out here @Yates01. That link and information was the same option that I was finding for that request. You may have to get that response from the email with the correct steps to get that set up.

@Comcast_JohnG Thank you for your response! If I don't get an answer from the email I reached out to, do you possibly have any other suggestions on who I could contact?

@Yates01, you are very welcome. The best option for any Business contact is through the 1-800-391-3000 number. If they cannot assist you there we would have an escalation option for the Business team from here.

The people that answer that line do not understand the request nor do they want to help by offering to research the issue.  They offer paperless billing or a bill via a text message.  NONE of this is what businesses need. a bill via a text message literally is just another method to get a PDF it is NOT a business solution.    We need a file(s) with our invoice data so we can act on it quickly vs processing 100's in paper or pdf bills individually.  Comcast is the only vendor I deal with that has no files that I can find.  Help!
