Live Chat is not/has not been working

I have tried for several days to get support through Live Chat but all I get is:

Sorry, live chat agents and callback services are unavailable right now. You can try again later or call 800-391-3000 for assistance.

Can I help you with anything else?

I am having intermittent issues on all devices where it takes alot longer then it should to load and do traceroutes etc etc.

Windows11

Linux/Unix

Android/IOS

This is happening to devices that are connected by ethernet or wifi.

I cannot RESET the gateway as it will wipeout all of my STATIC IP information and then would need to call in again.

I have rebooted and even your system's are unable to remotely reboot my gateway as it cannot find it even though it is the CGA4332COM

Also if I am connected to a VPN or not connected to my VPN it makes no difference

Still no response and still unable to connect to an agent no matter what time of the day it is.

I am paying for service which includes 24/7 support and still not getting that.
