Link Old Business Account Email/Webhosting to new National Business Acct

Hi, 

I moved 8 months ago and was given a brand new business account number. My previous account had the free business exchange email and web hosting which I signed up, and also free access to the Norton Antivirus.

How can I can those from my old account linked to my new National business account? Thanks.
