Late Fee from Auto Pay Malfunction
I have a question about the late fee penalty for monthly payments. We have always used Auto Pay and have never been late, we had a power outage a couple weeks ago that reset our entire network and internet. I would Like to know if we could have a credit bacfor what heppend
