Late Fee Charge

I can certainly review your billing concerns. Please private message me your full name, the service address and phone number associated on the account. 

Late fee applied even if payment is sent 6-7 days in advance . You're doing so wrong Comcast . I wont be surpise that people will sue the company . Sooner or later .

I would like to assist with the billing concerns. Can you please private message the name, address and phone number on the account?

 I paid a few time " late fee " even i sent payments via USPS mail as usual before due date . Comcast isn't credit card company and applying credit card company rules is very questionable. I do know i have to pay before or on due date . I'm not responsible when you're cashing my check . If you're do this late that you should be fined late cashied. Is USPS to blame ? I'm truly dissapointed with comcast late pay fines.

I can understand where you are coming from and I am happy to review the billing information for you. What is the business name on the account? What dates were you charged a late fee, and when did you make those payments? 

altmedia Billing date 06/22/2018 payment has been sent -mailed by USPS on July 13 2018 . Sven days in advance . Looks like i do have sending my payments 10 days before due date . You're the first comapny in my 30 years paying bills who is charging late payments. I paid already a few late payments. None of my payments has been send after duue date . Common !
