Knowing your customers

It is a shame that Comcast does not seem to know who their actual business customers are. We have had Comcast for internet and phone for many years. Yet at least 3-4 times a week, we get a letter in the mail asking us to contact Comcast to get a quote for high speed internet. It really makes you feel valued as a current customer.

I would like to look further into your concerns. Can you please provide the name and address that these advertisements are coming to through private message?

Yup, called today to be removed from the mailing list. Customer care put me on hold indefinitely.

So calling in is no use.

Hi CemeteryGuy and welcome to the business forums.

My apologies for any unwanted advertisements. To opt out of these, please follow this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/do-not-call-do-not-mail-registry-requests. This has an option for both residential and business advertisements.

Please let me know if you need anything.
