Issues with getting support

Even though service is good most of the time, getting the support needed from the corporate escalations department is horrible and nonexistent, I've been trying for over 3 month's to reconcile billing under a receivership. The first Corporate person with the Escalation Department wouldn't answer his phone or respond to voicemails I left, then I would receive an email days later which he would not respond back to, then I find out he abruptly closed the case without resolution. I've called and been passed around and spoken to at least 40 - 50 different people who says they can help but then ultimately pass me on to someone else with no resolution. Finally a new car and manager has been assigned back on 5/26 and to date still NO call or email or contact but I keep getting the emails that say "Final Notice before shutting off service, which by the way I shut off month's ago, and turning it into collections", I call collections and they can't do anything about the dispute and say they will send an email to Corporate Escalations and still nothing. The company I'm trying to get settled is in Court Ordered Receivership so you would think I would get someone to contact me. If someone from this department or Corporate Escalations Department wants to contact me it's [Edited: "Personal Information"] so we can come to a solution. Thank you

user_758a2f Thanks for reaching out for help with your situation, and not getting help fully by our escalations team. We can certainly review past requests, and help get your concern addressed further with them.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, full address, and phone number. • Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click Start new conversation

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
