Is there no help for business accounts on the weekend at all?

Is there no help for business accounts on the weekend at all? I love my residential service with Comcast/Xfinity so we chose to use them for our business too, they just came out Friday and hooked up the tv, phone, and internet and we still have some issues and questions that can not be resolved online and there is no help available?? Very frustrated.
